AVP-B2B Planning & Budgeting

Location: ID Level: Managerial Employment Status: Permanent Department: Group B2B Strategy & Analysis Description:

Revenue Planning

  • Build actual and detail drivers’ product wise based on different sources database (ie Finance report (SAP), Catalyst and RBM).
  • Analysis revenue profile per product and sub product based on actual performance.
  • Assist and support finance for B2B revenue analysis and management questions.
  • Define and continues improvement to create framework, methodology and analysis for revenue forecast and planning.
  • Collaboration with report team to gather bottom-up forecast from stakeholders (ie channel and product wise) as basis for overall B2B revenue forecast current year and budget for next year.
  • Create monthly and yearly revenue forecast for quarterly submission for finance report as basis to create the B2B Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Create monthly and yearly revenue budget plan B2B AOP and Long-Term Plan (LTP) and propose to top management and finance.
  • Collaboration with Sales Operation Management (SOM) to create monthly/yearly and product target per sales group.
  • Collaborating with strategy team to create workshop for quarterly and yearly forecasting & strategy per channel and product wise. Including creating KPI submission and quarterly tracking.
  • Tracking and creating PnL for B2B OTC Project monthly.
  • Ad Hoc project for B2B revenue related (ie Squad, PnL project, risk revenue, KPI, workshop, townhall etc).

OPEX Planning

  • Gather bottom-up forecast & budget cost from stakeholders as basis for overall B2B cost forecast current year and budget for next year.
  • Analysis OPEX profile per cost center and GL account based on actual performance.
  • Define and continues improvement to create framework, methodology and analysis for cost forecast and planning.
  • Create monthly and yearly cost forecast for quarterly submission for finance report as basis to create the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Create monthly and yearly cost budget plan for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Term Plan (LTP) and propose to top management and finance.
  • Distribute budget based on approved AOP from management to all B2B group cost center.

COS & OPEX Controlling

  • Act as an internal advisor and business partner to help bridge coordination flow between finance department & business users in IOH B2B.
  • Gatekeeper in controlling overall OPEX budget spending for whole B2B Directorate in Indosat Ooredoo Hutchinson.
  • Monitor operational budget in B2B, based on the AOP yearly budget that has been driven top down from Finance, to ensure the activity of the company in accordance with the B2B objective.
  • Review and monitor B2B financial routine expenditure based on the existing policy by making comparisons over the budget that has been created with the actual costs incurred to minimize the cost of variants.
  • Manage company costs by monitoring overall B2B budget that have been set with the financial condition of the company, so all cost can be registered properly and provide insightful report to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and advise OPEX budget usage & utilization with respective PICs in each group within directorate for budget optimization.
  • Assist, Track, and monitor Budget Relocation Form from initial request to fully approved (end-to-end process)
  • Maintain monthly reporting schedule cycle (not limited to as follows):
  • Collecting overall B2B Cost Accrual end-of-month closing reports to accounting from stakeholder.
  • COS for B2B OTC project Accrual end-of-month closing reports to accounting.
  • Monthly wholesale international cost
  • Monthly Budget Expense Realization Monitoring (OPEX)
  • Monthly Expense Report by Dept. (Budget vs Actual),
  • Monthly Budget versus Actual Expense Commentary
  • Year-to-Date forecast spending to budget, consolidated and per group/ per GL.
  • Create Shopping Cart (SC) to fulfil operational requirement in B2B strategy group as requested by users.
  • Oversees & supervise Budget area do review and develop teams under his/ her subordinates to ensure all the reports & process are in accordance with the measurements & standards.
  • Projects and initiative, such as setting up New Reports, Management request, etc.
