We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Supervisor/Officer Retail Business Banking Loan Renewal.

Responsibilities:

Responsible in Retail Business Banking (RBB) Centralized loan process for short term loan facilities with limit IDR 4 billion under Fast Track program (simplify loan renewal) and for Back to Back loan facilities (Bonds/mutual funds and time deposit) up to IDR 20 billion.

Ø Receive a list of loan renewal task in two months prior to the loan facility’s maturity date and perform follow up action by send reminder to RM including obtain loan renewal document requirement.

Ø Perform loan renewal criteria assessment as per policy including conducting document completeness and validity checking.

Ø Perform request on screening and central bureau (SLIK) checking.

Ø Perform comprehensive credit analysis and preparing loan renewal proposal.

Ø Perform all loan renewal proposal and coordinate with RM and Approval team.

Ø Provide loan renewal information and coordinating with RM on the post loan approval process.

Ø Ensuring no loan renewal overdue and complete all the requirement.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Ø Indonesia Citizen only

Ø Understand in basic lending knowledge and lending process with experience > 1 years

Ø Hard worker with ability to maintain business and risk, fast learner, and able to deliver high output.

Ø Able to deliver HSBC value with proactiveness, initiative, high responsible and integrity.
