Work you’ll do

• Assist in researching and analysing social issues, trends, and best practices in the field of social impact.

• Support the development and implementation of social impact programs, including community engagement initiatives, advocacy campaigns, and partnership-building efforts.

• Collaborate with team members to create content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels to raise awareness about our firm’s social impact initiatives.

• Help organise and coordinate programs, workshops, and meetings related to social impact projects and campaigns.

• Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of social impact programs and initiatives, collecting data and feedback to inform future strategies and decision-making.

• Provide administrative support to the social impact team, including maintaining databases, organizing files, and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program in a relevant or related experience in CSR social development or social advocacy projects

• Passion for education, environmental sustainability, or other social impact issues.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information.

• Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyse and interpret data from multiple sources.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Previous experience or coursework in social impact, community development, advocacy, or related fields is preferred but not required.
