Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with copy partner under the guidance of the CGH and creative director to execute creative concepts.
• Demonstrates creative thinking to develop big ideas.
• Presents big ideas to clients utilizing various presentation techniques.
• Translates concepts into design by visualizing and interpreting them.
• Takes ownership of creative work and sets an example for the design team.
• Ensures that the brand tone and position are reflected in the creative output.
• Provides insightful and impactful creative executions that benefit the clients business.
• Leads, motivates, and develops the design team.
• Serves as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management within the team.

A bit about you

• At least 7 years experience in a creative agency or similar setting. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field would be preferred.
• Proven track record of collaborating with copywriters and creative directors to execute concepts.
• Strong presentation skills, with experience pitching big ideas to clients.
• Exceptional design portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative executions.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a design team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to serve as the main point of contact for Account and Project Management teams.
