As the Live Streaming & Affiliates Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our ecommerce marketing plan for livestreaming and affiliates. You will lead a team of three brilliant minds, working together to create, execute, and optimize our marketing strategies for Consumer Products Division.

You will.....

• Craft and execute the ecommerce marketing plan for livestreaming and affiliates, ensuring effective and relevant brand investment.
• Utilize analytical and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and maximize marketing spend effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the brand team, e-RGM, Data, and eKAMs to develop and implement campaign plans, from design to online execution.
• Conduct deep performance analysis to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with channel partners and clients in Indonesia to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the livestreaming and affiliates space, incorporating them into our strategies when relevant.

You have....

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ecommerce marketing, livestreaming, or affiliates.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and understanding of local consumer behavior.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
