Join our vibrant and creative team at NAILSUNSHINE! We are seeking a Receptionist and Personal Assistant to be the face of our fun and aesthetic nail salon. At NAILSUNSHINE, we believe in raising your vibrations through colour pop and nail art, creating an inspiring and high-vibration environment for our clients.

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the salon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nail art, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring they feel valued and at ease
  • Manage all aspects of client services, including bookings, inquiries, and feedback, with efficiency and professionalism
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and delivering personalised service
  • Personal Assistant duties to the Director
  • Collaborate with nail technicians and support team members to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, including developing loyalty programs and special offers
  • Monitor and report on client feedback, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in nail art and beauty services to provide informed recommendations to our guests
  • Organise and manage events or promotions to enhance guest engagement and brand visibility
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations

Must have the following:

  • Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in a spa environment
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
  • Must speak fluent English
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for the beauty industry and an appreciation for aesthetic excellence
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our clients and Directors’needs
  • Proficiency in managing reservations via Fresha or similar booking system
  • Can commute with ease to Cemagi where the salon is located
