About you You will be responsible for driving sales of elevator modernization services. This role involves assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and collaborating with technical teams. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building client relationships and achieving sales targets. This position reports to the Section Manager MOD&BEX for Indonesia. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain good working relationship with all customers and develop good working relationship with new customers.
  • Site survey / visit to understand better for new design concept and technical solution proposal.
  • Developing technical solutions, prepare complex technical sales quotations and drawings for the end user in coordination.
  • Check final order and sales contract with initial quotation and clarify / solve any discrepancies.
  • Handle customer request / questions about signed terms & conditions and check changes against the agreed bidding document, performance guarantee / Bank guarantee.
  • Liaison with end user and consultants on technical solutions and technical specification.
  • Managing project delivery right from received PO till delivery to site.
  • Achieving sales target and implement sales excellence mindset.
Requirements
  • 3 years of industry experience including a minimum of 2 years of sales.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Building or Construction or Engineering industry.
  • Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment.
  • Candidates must possess proficient presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with diverse background of all levels and disciplines.
  • Highly self-motivated individuals with go-getter attitude who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities.
