Purchasing Officer

A Villa Development and Property Management Company in Uluwatu, Bali looking for a talented and enthusiastic Purchasing Officer (Bali Based, Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and contracting with vendors and suppliers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand budgetary requirements and develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and financial objectives
• Monitor and control procurement budgets to ensure adherence to financial targets and optimize cost-efficiency
• Provide input in the draft, review and negotiate procurement contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements and vendor communications for reference and auditing purposes
• Establish and enforce quality standards for procured goods and services to meet the companys operational requirements and client expectations
• Conduct periodic quality inspections and audits of vendor products and services to ensure compliance with specifications and contractual agreements

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen
• Fluent in written and verbal English communication
• Proven working experience as a Purchasing Officer or in a similar role ideally in the Real Estate industry
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or in a related field
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation techniques and supply chain management principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research, analyze data and make data-driven procurement decisions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp8,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month
