About work????????

Responsible for internal and external management of K3LH in all operational activities within the scope of the project
Support all infrastructure needs that support the success of program output or improvements that have been agreed upon by all project scope departments
Responsible for encouraging the suitability of employee competencies in the organization
Responsible for the output produced at the project level (Revenue vs Cost)
Improves the organizations human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and policies, as well as human resource programs and practices
Verify, approve and validate cost planning (Cost Planning/Budgeting) for all project scope departments
Attract responsibility of Heads of all departments
Validate the suitability of promotions, transfers, demotions, training of employees based on applicable standards
Approve/reject the procurement of operational supporting facilities and infrastructure based on pluses and minuses
Building human and system development mechanisms in all project scope departments
Verifying, approving/rejecting non-normative policies (example: application for borrowing money by employees, etc.)
Take action in emergency situations guided by responsibilities as Main Operational Supervisor.
Make recommendations regarding follow-up actions that should be taken for matters not covered in the contract.
Sign the invoice to the principal/customer
Disburse funds according to the approved budget
Recommend employee recruitment to meet project organization.
Deciding on changes to employee status.
Approve leave requests for staff level employees, provide warning letters, layoff processes and handle industrial relations issues.
