The Opportunity

Were seeking a full-time Visual Designer to play a pivotal role in our dynamic team. In this position, youll work closely with our branding and marketing teams to create visually stunning and impactful social media posts. Your primary responsibility will be designing posts tailored to the specific formats required by each platform while adhering to brand guidelines. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to bring our brand stories to life visually, we want you on board. The Role

• Design visually stunning and impactful social media posts in collaboration with the branding and marketing teams.
• Understand design principles, compositions & layouts in digital marketing (Social Media, Google Ads, Websites).
• Consider hierarchy, composition and visual appeal in your design layouts to effectively convey messages and information.
• Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the branding and marketing team to understand and interpret brand stories and campaign objectives, translating them into compelling visual assets.
• Stay updated on social media trends, design tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
• Follow and keep up with evolving trends, and be proactive to contribute creative ideas

The Requirements

• Proven experience as a visual designer, preferably in a marketing or branding agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social media design work, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of social media platforms and their unique requirements for visual content.
• Excellent design skills with a flair for layout and aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand stories into visually compelling designs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Course of study in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Mode of Working: Remote/Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
