Job Summary

Managing to execute on a day-to-day routine to the account/enterprise which appointed under SEA (strategic enterprise account) in his/her portfolio, and responsible to execute E2E all sales plans in order to achieve the SEA revenue targets in CBO’s office. The role consists of: nurturing and fastening large enterprise account to use Indosat B2B products & services, a “close win” sales approach with effective and efficient manner, increase the exposure of Indosat B2B products & services in the market place and customer centric focus to maintain loyalty.

Job Description

Area of Responsibilities :

  • Sales Execution :
    • Key Activities :
      • Identify, listing the new opportunity and maintain current MRC to be sustained from existing SEA
      • Define road map activities agenda and execution to the appointed SEA per quarterly basis until FY.
      • Execute corporate sales activities as planned for Indosat Business services (increase revenue & wallet share).
      • Coordinate with Enterprise Sales Solution, Marketing, Product Development, Technical and other supporting functions concerning proposal preparation of offering solution and pricing that needed by customer.
      • Coordinate with Major Events to retain customer and increase customer loyalty.
    • Deliverables : Achieve Revenue Target from SEA corporate names (IDR/numbers will be informed further)
  • Account Management :
    • Key Activities :
      • Prospecting customer and regularly update customer with Indosat B2B products and services
      • Initiate NDA/MoU with customer
      • conduct negotiation
      • Develops contract and other agreement
      • Provide Report
    • Deliverables : Managing good relationship with customers
  • Team collaboration :
    • Key Activities :
      • Execute and achieve functional goals given by Head of Division (Superior)
      • Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
      • Provide support, when appropriate, for the team in cases of absence or unavailability
      • Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
    • Deliverables : Delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree with Engineering Background would be an advantage

Related Experience:

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets with min. 4 year of B2B Sales Experience
  • Having knowledge about B2B Sales methodology
  • Previous experience as a sales and preferably coming from SI company have an engineering knowledge
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Skills:

  • Good in English, oral and written
  • Good in communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and contingency plans
  • Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and long term deadlines
  • Able to use Microsoft office (excel, ppt, doc, etc)
  • Have a good knowledge on Telecom, IT services, and Technology.
