Coworking Host

As the Coworking Host, your main duty is to provide a warm welcome and exceptional experience to all guests and residents. This role focuses on guest interaction, event coordination, and ensuring a vibrant and engaging atmosphere at our awesome coworking space – Livit Hub.

Important note: In order to be considered for this role, you have to be open to a shift-based work schedule.

• Conduct tours of Livit Hub and showcase our facilities and services to new visitors

• Assist guests with their requests/facility bookings such as meeting room and/or phone booth bookings

• Provide information on coworking packages to new visitors and potential guests

• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner

• Engage and assist in organizing weekly community events and social activities

• Collaborate with the Livit Hub team to help achieve Livit Hub’s goals of building a strong and engaged community

• Act as a point of contact for members, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs. Provide excellent customer service to create a positive atmosphere within the coworking community.

• Facilitate collaboration and connections among members

• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills (oral and written) are required.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the hospitality industry.

• Proven work experience as a front desk or operation assistant.

• Completed higher education in Hospitality or Business Administration is a great asset (but not compulsory).

• Customer-oriented mindset
