We are now looking for a position as a Regional Sales Manager areas with requirements as below:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Maximum age 45 years
  • Have SIM C and SIM A
  • Minimum 5 years experience, preferably in the FMCG field
  • Use of language : Indonesian, English and Mandarin
  • Willing to be highly mobile
  • Have connections with distributors/agents/wholesalers/Horeca
  • Have connections with canvassers, motorists, etc.
  • Have understanding of the Eastern Indonesia area (Central Java , East Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali and Nusa Tenggara)
  • Homebase area Surabaya, East Java

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving targets with proper utilization of allocated resources and investments
  • Responsible for market development and penetration
  • Build, develop and strengthen distribution infrastructure
  • Identify channel opportunities (wholesale / retail) and take initiatives to drive growth
  • Collaborate effectively for the smooth functioning of the business
  • Provide feedback to the Regional Office, Head Office and Marketing regarding the implementation of competitions in the field
  • Create and develop relationships with distributor and wholesale partners
  • Own & drive all major sales initiatives originating from the Region and Head Office
  • Ensure sufficient stock for monthly promotions and new launches with proper sales forecasts
  • Plan quarterly / monthly / weekly targets, and set targets for direct reports & distributors
  • Ensure that all field sales team members & distributors fully comply with company sales systems & processes; and follow ethical business practices
