Job Title: Contract Executive

Location: Tangerang

Responsibilities:

• Support the Contract Manager in overseeing contract-related activities, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager in creating and revising legal documents, particularly those related to contract agreements and projects.
• Ensure timely submission of contractual reports and documentation to regulatory authorities, maintaining compliance with legal standards.
• Conduct comprehensive research on contract laws and regulations to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Manage the companys portfolio of contracts, ensuring validity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Establish effective communication channels with external legal entities, facilitating smooth coordination and resolution of contract-related issues.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Law is mandatory.
• An advocate license is preferable.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of law, with a background in a law firm, company, or a combination of both.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to handle work under pressure, a willingness to travel, eagerness to learn, and a reputation for trustworthiness.

Additional Queries:

• Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry-specific legalities is a plus.
• Previous experience in handling legal aspects of aircraft projects is highly desirable.
