Project Manager

List of responsibilities:

1. Task scheduling and management

- Develop project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.- Task scheduling, create and maintain project schedules using project management tools.- Timekeeper and deadline management

- Internal and external coordination- Regular reporting and task status updates (tasks, benchmark, issues)

- Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

2. Email customer service and inquiry responses

3. In-bound and out-bound emails- Inquiry response- Information request - Client update

4. File management

5. Quality assurance

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.

- Implement quality improvement initiatives based on lessons learned from previous projects.

Skills required:

1. Project management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project initiation to closure.

2. Time management: Proficient time management skills to allocate resources, prioritize, tasks, and optimize project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

3. Excellent communication (writing and verbal): strong verbal and written communication to convey ideas, instructions, and updates clearly and effectively to team members, clients, and stakeholders.

4. Customer service and client management: Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and managing their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute (WPM)

6. English proficiency min. level C2 - IELTS 7.5/ TOEFL 610

Job Types: Full-time, Trial period contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: Rp8,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
