We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of International Sales to lead and expand our global sales strategy. This leader will drive growth through strategic partnerships, optimize channel sales performance, and foster strong relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in channel sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Unified Communications market.

What you will do

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive global channel sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities aligned with the company's objectives.
    • Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of partner initiatives.
  • Partner Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, distributors, and resellers.
    • Negotiate agreements and foster win-win partnerships that deliver mutual value.
    • Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to succeed.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global channel sales team.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration across account team.
    • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
  • Market Expansion
    • Identify new markets and develop strategies to penetrate and grow channel presence in emerging regions.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for specific regions and partner needs.
  • Sales Enablement and Operations
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and sales enablement.
    • Optimize channel sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Drive incremental revenue growth through channel partners, ensuring alignment with overall company sales goals.
    • Balance short-term revenue targets with long-term partner success and market development.

You will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on managing global or multi-regional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through channel partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics and experience working across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in Unified Communications industry highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
