Sales Manager (Bali, Full-Time)

Who We Are Looking For:

Outpost is looking for a passionate and dedicated Sales Manager. The person should have excellent experience in creating and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships. They should be confident in sales with a strong command of business development and spoken and written English.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manages reservations and reservation requests for Outpost all locations.
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with all customers.
  • Coordinates requests with other departments as necessary.
  • Provides training to all customer service agents and assists with resolving any challenges.
  • Maintains a solid pipeline of B2B leads and groups.
  • Manage the B2B sales process and communication with customers.
  • Creates quotations and offers to fulfill customer needs.
  • Maintains the CRM & PMS systems with up to date information.
  • Continuously improves organizational sales processes.
  • Develops sales materials and ensures they align with the brand.
  • Works alongside the marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
  • Supports with tracking daily occupancy & revenue performance to ensure KPI’s are met.
  • Works closely with the operations and revenue management departments to optimize revenue and occupancy performance as well as supports with maintaining OTA’s, Channel Managers or other distribution related tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability.
  • Passion to learn and grow.
  • Solution-oriented, highly resourceful, with exceptional follow-through.
  • Possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of employees in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • 2+ years of experience working in sales or reservations departments in hotels.
  • Strong background in the Hospitality industry
  • Able to deal effectively with conflict and manage difficult customer situations.
  • Understanding of PMS & CRM software, Channel Managers, OTA’s and other hotel related technology solutions.
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities.
  • Excellent level in both written and verbal English.
  • Past experience in front desk or customer service positions is a benefit.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Indonesian Nationals and willing to be based in Bali
