Role Description

Join Bali WISE and make a real difference in the lives of young women from marginalized communities in Bali. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Officer to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering our transformative vocational skills training program.

Job Description

• Organizing and running educational and skills programs.
• Developing or refining the curriculum for training programs that cover essential life skills, vocational skills, and other relevant subjects.
• Plan and manage educational programs effectively.
• Providing guidance and monitoring the progress of program participants.
• Make the schedule and get in touch with the teachers.
• Maintain positive relationships and communication with students, teachers, parents, and community partners.
• Keeping records and making reports.

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in education, social work, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Having experience in teaching, making syllabus and curriculum development is a plus!
• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Culturally sensitive and adaptable to working in a diverse environment.
• Ready to start right away.
• Work onsite at Nusa Dua, Bali.
