    Job Description

    About the role:

    We are looking for a skilled and passionate Lead Quality Assurance (QA) who will be responsible for leading a team of testers to ensure the quality of software products or systems, youll play a key role in delivering new, bug-free features to our users. We work in cross-functional teams, so you’ll work with a range of people from product managers and designers to developers and data analysts to bring new features into the world, as well as provide leadership and mentoring to the team on technical aspects. You will also be actively involved in researching new technologies/tools that can be incorporated to improve the current system.

    Requirements:

    • At least 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer doing end-to-end testing with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in managing a team.
    • Have experience with Katalon, or at least one automation tool such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.
    • Have experience with at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
    • Have experience with functional and black-box testing, regression testing, system integration testing, load testing, and manual testing.
    • Able to communicate in English is a plus.

    Responsibilities of the role:

    • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the software is functioning correctly and efficiently.
    • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to evaluate software applications.
    • Report defects and issues to development teams after executing test plans.
    • Work with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that software applications meet quality standards.
    • Identify and report software bugs and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate software performance, and recommend improvements.
    • Participate in the development of test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to quality assurance.
