Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

About the role

As a part of our Quality Assurance team, youll be instrumental in ensuring the successful rollout of new, error-free features to our users. Collaborating within cross-functional teams comprising product managers, designers, developers, and data analysts, youll actively contribute to bringing innovative features to fruition. Furthermore, youll have the opportunity to collaborate with the QA team to continually refine and elevate our quality standards and practices.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience as a QA Automation Engineer doing end-to-end testing.
• Have experience with Katalon, or at least one automation tool such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Cucumber, etc.
• Have experience with at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript.
• Have experience with functional and black-box testing, regression testing, system integration testing, load testing, and manual testing.
• Able to communicate in English is a plus.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the software is functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to evaluate software applications.
• Report defects and issues to development teams after executing test plans.
• Work with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that software applications meet quality standards.
• Identify and report software bugs and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate software performance, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in the development of test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to quality assurance.
