We are looking for a Business Development Manager (App Performance Specialist) to work in the Jakarta Office. The ideal candidate must have experience in dynamic environments and be able to help us manage the rapid growth of our business. Join our team, and you will help us serve the clients and support all campaigns activities within the team.

Placement: Jakarta

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Descriptions:

• Identify partnership opportunities in digital advertising
• Optimize application performance to ensure a superior user experience and drive user acquisition and retention strategies
• Demonstrate proficiency in mobile attribution platforms, with a primary focus on AppsFlyer, and familiarity with Tune, Kochava, Firebase, and Branch
• Utilize app analytics tools such as App Magic and Sensor Tower to extract actionable insights for clients
• Develop new relationships in effort to grow business and help the company expand to agencies and direct brands
• Conduct industry research to create and develop effective sales solutions
• Conduct business meetings with key stakeholders
• Promote and sell company’s products or services to prospective clients
• Communicate with clients, answer important questions and any inquiries on the companys products and services
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain existing business
• Plan, implement, and evaluate all campaigns & projects critically

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English and Bahasa (oral and written)
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in application performance optimization
• 3+ years of strong experience in sales & digital advertising business
• Proficiency in Appsflyer and a good understanding of Tune, Kochava, Firebase, and Branch
• Proven experience in targeting and pitching to multiple business segments within the app industry
• Strong connection with Media buying Agencies and Direct brand
• Familiar with specific sales and marketing tools / CRM (Pipedrive / Agile CRM / Sales Force)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented

Salary: Rp10,000,000 - Rp14,000,000 per month
