The Manager NPS & Program Effectiveness is the center of determining the effectiveness of all the initiatives deployed to the consumers. The person is responsible to collect and track the KPI on each initiative post-deployment and gather key insights on consumers trend - to produce an integrated analysis. The result of those analysis will be an integral feed to the SFP (Smoke Free Products) organization on future improvements needed and/or to adjust any strategies moving forward. This role will be a data-heavy and analytical role responsible for the Overall CX Experience (Customer Experience) (pre-alignment and post-deployment) Your ‘day to day’ • Gathering high volume of data from numerous stakeholders and business units and integrate & analyze the data to generate insights and drive business growth • Owner of the overall consumer experience KPI across the entire consumer journey and multiplatform context • Responsible to own and manage the CX dashboard from maintenance and continuous improvement • Building a comprehensive set of metrics to support full consumers behavior understanding and prediction capability on future behaviors • Identification of experience gaps and definition of projects to close them • Strong collaboration and liaison with other internal functions to drive business growth Who we’re looking for • Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree (ideally a Masters degree), especially preferred if you have the exposure in high volumes of data mining, crunching and analysis • Min. 5 years of relevant experience in business / commercial, preferably in data governance and intelligence • Mandatory Skills: Data Analysis, Data Visualization (esp.
