Asset & Project Supervisor

• Review the initial identification of company assets and asset numbering, starting from the PR creation process by the user department until the assets are received
• Conduct reviews related to recording all Company assets and managing asset registers accurately
• Review and post depreciation of company assets in the Companys accounting system so that an updated asset register is obtained in the Companys accounting system.
• Review the administration and documentation of new asset procurement, asset transfer and asset disposal so that there is neat and complete asset document filling.
• Review the construction in progress (CIP) realization report which is 100% complete and reclass it to fixed assets in the Companys accounting system for presenting financial reports.
• Conduct socialization regarding company management policies and procedures to ensure that management runs according to applicable procedures, as well as carry out regular evaluations and provide recommendations on asset management policies and procedures.
• Review and coordinate with user departments regarding the assignment of asset numbers/identities (tagging) to company assets received so that all Company assets have been given asset numbers/identities (tagging).
• Coordinate with relevant departments for regular physical inspections (asset opname) of all company assets to ensure asset records are in accordance with their physical properties.
• Coordinate with user departments regarding requests for asset write-offs (disposal), review asset write-off request documents submitted by user departments, and help coordinate the formation of asset write-off teams and submit asset write-off proposals to the Board of Directors so that there is proper asset write-off documentation adequate.
• Review the asset transfer request documents submitted by the user department before being approved by the Accounting Section Head so that the asset transfer is properly recorded and documented.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, min GPA 3.0
• Min. 2 years experience as Asset Management Supervisor
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta
