Technology Talent Assessor and Educator

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Native English Speaker
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology industry, practical experience in technology-related positions (e.g., Project Manager, Data Analyst, Data Scientist)
• Proficiency in technical tools and methodologies, Basic understanding of knowledge for software systems and troubleshooting principles.
• Formal education in a related field.
• Strong evaluation and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven teaching and presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of current trends and developments in the technology field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional support.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals technical skills, including understanding key concepts in specific technology areas.
• Assess the work results of talents through projects or assignments, considering quality and innovation.
• Design effective and relevant training curricula aligned with the latest developments in technology.
• Teach classes or training sessions, providing in-depth insights into technical topics and offering constructive feedback.
• Guide talents in enhancing presentation, documentation, and technical communication skills.
• Serve as a mentor to talents, providing guidance and support for career development and individual skill enhancement.
• Recognize unique potentials in each individual and assist them in planning suitable career paths.
