Job Deskripsi

• Design, deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewall, wireless access points.
• Implement security measures such VPNs, VLANs, ACLs, and encryption protocol to safeguard network resources data
• Monitor network performance, traffic patterns and security events using, monitoring tools and respond to incident promptly
• Identify opportunities to optimize network performance and efficiency, such as bandwidth management and QoS configuration
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, latency problem, and other network-related issues
• Manage network device configuration, ensures consistency, and automate configuration tasks where possible
• Interface with network equipment vendors for procurement, support and maintenance agreements
• Asses current and future network capacity requirements and make recommendations for scallint the network infrastructure
• Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, configurations, and changes, and provide regular reports to management

Deskripsi Persyaratan

• A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Networking.
• Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise networks.
• Experience with network monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and IT service management processes.
• Networking Protocols: In-depth knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SNMP, etc.
• Network Devices: Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN concentrators, etc.
• Routing and Switching: Strong understanding of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel).
• Network Security: Knowledge of network security principles, including access control lists (ACLs), firewalls, VPNs, encryption protocols, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and security best practices.
• Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nagios, Zabbix) and troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Wireless Networking: Understanding of wireless networking standards, WLAN controllers, and wireless security protocols (WPA2, WPA3).
• Network Virtualization: Familiarity with virtual networking concepts, including VLANs, VXLANs, SDN, and virtual networking technologies like VMware NSX or Cisco ACI.
• Deep understanding about cloud management,Windows , and Linux server
• Operating Systems:
• Proficiency in operating systems commonly used in networking environments, such as Linux/Unix and Windows Server.
• Experience with network-related services like DHCP, DNS, LDAP, NTP, etc.
• Scripting and Automation:
• Basic scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks, configuration management, and orchestration.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and solve complex network-related problems efficiently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members, documenting network designs, and communicating with stakeholders.
