We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff Credit Control Services Operations Support Call Back Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities:

• The role of Callback is to help the Collection team to verify collector behavior and compliance according to procedures.
• If there is a Field Collection, the Quality Assurance Call Back role is still needed as one of the controls on Visit Behavior and Field Payment Assistant Visit Compliance Collections.
• Apart from that, QA Call Back also received compliment as well as feedback for improvement from customers regarding Collection process carried out by HSBC field collectors.
• So, it is very important to know early about the risks to the Banks reputation, through this QA call back process

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Indonesia Citizen only
• Having good Communication Skill
• Having good negotiation skill
• Having knowledge in Credit Card, Personal Loan, Flexi and other Credit products
• Having minimum one-year experience in Collection department will be an advantage
• Having good integrity, reliable, open-minded, and able to work in a team or individually
