Position: Area Sales Manager Electrical Motorbike)

Department: Sales and Distribution

Reports To: Regional Manager / Sales Director

Location: Multiple territories, frequent travel required within the designated area

Objective: Drive the sales and growth of the electrical motorbike product range in the assigned area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and enhancing the brands presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Targets & Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Implement sales strategies to increase product penetration and capture new market segments.

Dealer Network Management:

  • Identify potential dealerships and onboard new partners.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing dealers, ensuring they meet sales targets and maintain brand standards.
  • Provide training and support to dealers to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Market Intelligence:

Collect feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.

Monitor competitor activities and strategies in the assigned area.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Regularly report sales performance, challenges, and market insights to the Regional Manager / Sales Director.
  • Utilize sales data to refine strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Promotions & Branding:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct promotional events, campaigns, and roadshows in the area.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visibility in all dealer outlets.

Inventory & Logistics:

  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to dealers.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in the area to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Team Leadership:

  • If managing a team, provide guidance, training, and mentorship to sales representatives.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile, electric vehicle, handphone, electronics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Analytical skills for sales forecasting and trend analysis.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales management tools.
  • Language: Fluency in local language and English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
  • Valid driving license and preferably experience riding motorbikes.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp13,000,000 - Rp15,000,000 per month
