Social Media Specialist and Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive conversions.
• Create visually appealing and compelling content for Instagram and TikTok, including graphics, photos, videos, and animations.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve our online presence.
• Engage with our community, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful relationships with our followers.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Utilize performance marketing techniques on e-commerce platforms to drive sales and increase conversions.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a comparable position within a company.
• Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to create visually appealing content.
• Proficiency in videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Experience in photo editing and the ability to create visually appealing content.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platforms, including their respective best practices and features.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze social media data and extract actionable insights to optimize strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with performance marketing techniques on e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
