Product Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Deploy and deliver overseas communication systems, collaborate with international telecommunications operators to provide B to C communication services for Chinese enterprises expanding abroad and local businesses overseas.

2. Provide technical solutions to clients during the pre-sales phase.

3. Establish and maintain close relationships with overseas operators during requirements assessment and solution implementation phases.

4. Ensure successful implementation and adoption of comprehensive solutions for overseas clients, maintaining overall customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborate with project teams to develop resource plans, test plans, execute tests, manage issues, and control project progress and implementation quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in communication, computer science, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.

2. Should be able to use English as a working language, proficiency in other minor languages is also favorable.

3. Prior experience in telecommunications operator roles or overseas technical support is advantageous.

4. Proficient with in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following area:

a. Network Communication: Proficient in TCP/IP network principles and related protocols (e.g., ARP, BGP, OSPF, HTTP, HTTPS), skilled in configuring routers, firewalls (familiarity with Fortigate is a plus), switches, and load balancers (familiarity with KEMP is a plus). Expertise in network planning, design, deployment, troubleshooting, and packet analysis on Linux hosts and network devices. Proficient in configuring IPSEC VPN.

b. Public Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other major international public cloud products. Proficient in planning and configuring compute (e.g., EC2 and security groups), storage, and network (e.g., NLB, TGW, VPN gateway), as well as monitoring the usage and health of related resources.

c. Private Cloud: Hands-on experience in building servers, storage, familiarity with VMware technology, and setting up private clouds.

d. Linux Operating System, Middleware Configuration, and Deployment: Proficient in configuring and tuning Linux operating systems, meeting information security baseline requirements. Skilled in configuring and parameter tuning for middleware such as Nginx, Pulsa, Redis, and cluster deployment.

e. Database Tuning: Mastery in deploying and tuning MySQL, ES, ClickHouse, and understanding database backup and recovery.

f. Mobile Communication: Proficient in the core networks of telecommunications operators, understanding the business functions, network configurations, and telecommunications processes of GGSN/PGW, SGSN/SGW, SMSC, MSC, STP, HLR, and other network elements.
