Ads Specialist

As an Ads Specialist, your primary responsibility is to plan, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across various channels to promote products, services, or brands. You will work closely with marketing teams, clients, and other stakeholders to develop and execute effective advertising strategies. The role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning and Strategy:

• Develop comprehensive advertising strategies based on client or organizational goals.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align advertising efforts with overall marketing plans.

• Ad Creation and Copywriting:

• Create compelling and effective ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
• Design or collaborate with graphic designers for visually appealing ad creatives.
• Ensure ad content complies with platform guidelines and legal requirements.

• Media Buying and Placement:

• Identify and select appropriate advertising channels based on campaign objectives.
• Negotiate and purchase advertising space, whether online (social media, display ads, search engine marketing) or offline (TV, radio, print).
• Monitor ad placements to optimize performance and adjust strategies as needed.

• Budget Management:

• Develop and manage advertising budgets for campaigns.
• Monitor spending and provide regular reports on budget allocation and return on investment (ROI).

• Analytics and Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to track the performance of advertising campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments for improvement.

• A/B Testing and Optimization:

• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting parameters.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI.

• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in advertising platforms.
• Recommend and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in advertising, marketing, or a similar role for min. 2 years.
• Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
