The role of the Guest Experience Representative is to build strong relations with the guests and ensure that they are receiving the best customer service Mad Monkey can provide. Responsibility also includes running the daily events and tours while maintaining high energy in keeping the environment enjoyable and engaging. Assisting the guests is also a task when it comes to concerns such as tours, transport, or any inquiries they might have. Guest Experience Representative is also responsible for driving sales and helping to get top-quality reviews.
This will be achieved by:
