Role: Key Account Manager (Sales) – Intern at Darwinbox

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities and risks within the pipeline.
• Develop insights and recommendations to optimize business expansion and renewals process of Darwinbox existing customers.
• Run regular cadence meetings with Account Management teams to track progress, address challenges, and drive alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by running cadence meetings with relevant internal functions such as Legal and Technical Presales teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and work with stakeholders to shorten sales-cycle that increase productivity and reduce manual efforts.
• Develop business cases and supporting materials (create templates, presentations, and other resources) to Account Management teams for expansion opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Highly detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills with the ability to analyzed complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Adapt in MS PPTs, MS OneNote, and MS Excel. Ability to convey the thought process in various formats like PPTs, Docs etc.
