Job Deskripsi

• Assume the role of a key member within the senior management team, responsible for fostering the growth, profitability, and sustainability of the business unit. This entails providing leadership, driving new business development, managing clients, and ensuring service delivery excellence.
• Offer strategic advice during the project conception phase, providing insights into various approaches that can successfully achieve the clients overarching objectives.
• Coordinate both the strategic and operational aspects of Project Management.
• Lead the establishment of comprehensive success criteria for projects, encompassing time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environmental considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
• Develop a project plan, ensuring the creation of a detailed project plan.
• Monitor and provide advice on project finances.
• Undertake the role of Commission Manager, overseeing end-to-end service delivery for commissions of varying sizes and complexities.
• Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team to ensure cohesive collaboration.
• Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client through regular meetings and written communications.
• Act as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring the delivery of a value-added cost management service aligning with client objectives.
• Ensure the development of priority plans, encompassing risk mitigation, performance measurements, management controls, and critical success factors.
• Oversee Project Management and related activities, taking ownership to ensure effective communication, analysis, and cost advice at all stages for clients and consultants.

Deskripsi Persyaratan

• Hold a recognized university degree with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in constructing battery/EV plants in Asia.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations is required.
• Demonstrate the establishment of strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
• Experience working in multinational companies will be advantageous, showcasing the ability to excel in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Identify and seize business development opportunities with both existing and new clients, including proactive pursuit of cross-selling opportunities.
