Key Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Affairs Manager for our Jakarta office, who will represent Tripledot Studios locally, and play a crucial role in ensuring our workplace is safe, efficient, and enjoyable.
This role requires a balance of financial acumen, operational management, and cultural awareness.
Youll be responsible for overseeing the offices day-to-day operations, managing financial reporting and budgeting, implementing and maintaining operational requirements and regulations, and fostering a vibrant, inclusive office culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team wellbeing and engagement
  • Point of contact for all issues related to local authorities.
  • Point of contact for all service providers in Indonesia (legal, financial, office services etc.).
  • Team’s health and safety and ensure compliance with local and international health and safety standards
  • Manage the local Office Support team
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and long-term business planning.
  • Manage and forecast office budget, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Lead negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and manage office lease.
  • Coordinate with HR to maintain and update office policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and facility management vendors.
  • Regularly report office progress and improvements to senior management
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage office space planning and infrastructure needs.
  • Collaborate on DEI activities and office expansions.
  • Ensure office compliance.
  • Organize and execute in-house or off-site activities, including parties and conferences.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant Operational role within a Tech/Games/eCommerce or similar company.
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • People’s person - great communicator, outgoing, albe to build strong personal relationships with a variety of people.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and making speeches.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity in suggesting improvements and executing plans.
  • Effective time-management and people skills, adaptable to change.
  • Comfortable and skilled with Technology.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Experience in cultural, DEI activities, and managing office expansions is advantageous.
  • Have right to work in Indonesia.
