Responsibilities:
Design and implement a robust and scalable core banking system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and seamless integration with other financial systems
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the core banking team
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into an effective implementation
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for core banking systems

Qualifications

Experience working with at least one core banking system (e.g. AS400, T24, etc) and familiarity with its architecture, functionality, and limitations
Deep expertise in the saving, loan, and deposit modules within a core banking system and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Proficiency in executing End of Day, End of Month, and End of Year processes in a core banking environment and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in a similar role or in a financial institution
Strong familiarity in the implementation of sharia-compliant banking products
