Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business or Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the fintech, trading platform, or digital product sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the financial markets, digital trading, and the latest fintech trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of inspiring teams and partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Agile and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
