Corporate Finance General Manager

• The candidate would be responsible to support the senior management team by carrying out corporate finance and investor relations activities. The candidate would need to develop a deep understanding of our business and operating model and to construct and develop financial models independently. The candidate must be adept in analysing financial performance and have strong logical reasoning ability. The candidate would be responsible for creating and maintaining investment materials for existing investors as well as prospective investors. The candidate needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will build relationships across the firm and with key external parties. Additionally, the candidate is expected to be involved in his/her capacity as corporate finance manager in any corporate transactions that might be undertaken in the future.

Job Responsibilities

• Expert in Merger & Acquisiton
• Develop and/or analyse financial models relating to the Companys business activities (which include financial model of the Company as a whole and financial model template for each project)
• Evaluate the financial performance of individual projects as well as the Company
• Perform evaluation of the credit quality of each project
• Prepare financial projections and the Companys annual budget
• Provide financial analyses relating to the Companys operations and the industry in general
• Develop a deep understanding of the Company and consistently update and improve all financial and investor communication - including our Company teaser, Company overview presentation and investor materials
• Participate in meetings with senior management, other key members of the Company, and/or investors to discuss the Companys financial performance and strategy
• Assist in corporate transactions which may include preparing valuation analyses, developing valuation models, managing g investor materials, responding to due diligence requests, as well as keeping track of details of communication with existing and prospective investors
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management
• Monitor industry developments, market trends, and activity of publicly traded and private comparable companies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the companys corporate finance strategy, including financial planning, capital allocation, and performance mon ng to support the compa nfs growth objectives,
• Design and formulate sustainable corporate finance strategies that ensure capital availability and maximisation for prosecuting short, mediu m, and long-term pla ns, projects and g rowth objectives.
• Manage the Companystreasuryfunction.which particula rly invo Ives a strong interface with e ntitiesthat provide capital, initiate, and drive end-to-end the negotiation process with commercial banks and/or such other entities which fulfil the role in the money or capital market space.
• Develop, propose, and implement a mix Of Viable funding strategies across financing platforms that attain maximum benefit to the company.
• Oversee the investor relations function, ensuring effective cornmunication and engagement With Investors, analysts. and financial institutions.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
• Menage relationships With institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies, serving as the main point of contact for financial inquiries and building a strong i rwestor base,
• Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to executive manage ment
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyse financial perfon-nance, assess risk exposures, and develop strategies for optimising fina ncial outcomes
• Ensure compliance With regulatory requirements a nd financial reporting sta ndards.
• Coordinate investor events, including investorconferences. roadshows, and annual general meetings, to effectively commun icate the ccnnpanys financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, communications, and marketing, to align messaging a nd maintain consistency across external communications.
• Build and lead a high-performing corporate finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp60,000,000 - Rp80,000,000 per month
