Product Management Executive

Our Bintan site is our global center of excellence for laboratory and pharmaceutical equipment, with over 700 employees. Our world class products made in Bintan are exported to over 100 countries and command globally leading market shares in specific segments.

We are searching for product management executives to help ensure our new products, large-scale projects and other business critical deliverables are executed efficiently and effectively! As PME, you will execute on projects, collaborate with the development team and Product Manager and support new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Plan sales calls and meetings for all assigned customer accounts
• Organize and conduct regular end-user seminars and product presentations
• Update quotation status regularly and do the necessary follow up to close the opportunities
• Collaborate with the development team and Product Manager
• Monitor and analyse sales performance against targets through constant reviews of the sales pipeline
• Prepare and present monthly sales and marketing report to the management
• Manage the launch of new products
• Analyse and document the product development process
• Lead internal and external audits of the products
• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
• Support sales and marketing activities such as: tenders, product enquiries, dealer’s product training, end user seminars, exhibitions, marketing materials, competitor comparison, customer spotlight, resource poster, social media marketing, content creation, etc
• Prepare pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements for tender/project submissions
• Support new product launches, building and executing pre-planned strategies, including organising exhibitions, webinars, email blast campaigns and trainings
• Prepare marketing materials including User Manuals and product brochures/catalogues
• Other ad-hoc tasks occasionally assigned by the manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biological, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year sales experience in related field and experienced with customer.
• Established relationship with key business customers.
• High motivation and experience in the sales field with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven spirit and the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel.
• Competency in graphic design and content creation is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site in Bintan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month
