Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading Multinational Medical Devices Company. Our client is seeking a professional with at least 8 years of experience as Legal Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Ensure full legal compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within country.
• Oversee corporate governance matters including board meetings, corporate filings, and adherence to corporate policies.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, such as client contracts, vendor agreements, and partnerships.
• Manage all legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory investigations, by coordinating with external counsel and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively, safeguarding the companys interests.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure legal compliance and risk management.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to internal stakeholders on a broad spectrum of legal issues, including commercial, regulatory, and employment matters.
• Conduct compliance training sessions and workshops to educate employees on legal compliance, ethics, and best practices.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with government authorities and regulators to ensure smooth interactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal support and due diligence assistance for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Law
• Preferably has experience working in Multinational company
• Strong industry knowledge.
