We are looking for a IT Solution Expert - OTC (Order to Cash) who will be based in Jakarta. Your ‘day to day’ • Working as Solution Expert as part of Order to Invoice product team. Design and build in Order to Cash focusing on Order, Delivery and Invoice domain, to achieve strategic business, financial and technology objectives • Gather requirement, lead business requirements discussions, challenge business requirements and drive global standardization, perform and coordinate testing with various departments to implement best in class integrated solutions delivering value to the business • Combine data and business process knowledge recommending appropriate solution design options with standardization mindset, indicating implications and outcomes of the proposed design • Perform best in class development or configuration in SAP SD module and other applications in the Order to Invoice area • Ensure solution alignment with Solution Design, Technology Roadmap, Reference Architecture, IT Guiding Principles, and PMI practices • Support of existing applications, organize trainings and manuals • Contribute to resolution of project related issues by analyzing, identifying and proposing solutions. Assess and mitigate project risks • Interact with mid to senior-level executives displaying knowledge, experience and leading practice advice to identify issues Who we’re looking for • Require a minimum of Bachelor’s degree from IT-related background (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in SAP SD implementation experience (5 cycles of implementation project), preferably having experience in a Multinational / Global organization • Strong Expertise of SAP ECC & S4/HANA SD (including S4Retail) related topic • Strong Expertise in Sales process • Knowledge in other S4/HANA domain (S4/HANA Finance, Central Finance) would be an asset • Have experience & skillset in managing team and Project Management would be an asset • Experience with on-premise and cloud/SaaS applications, in SAP/digital technology and in working in projects that are using Agile and DevOps best practices • Experience Agile solution development process (including hands-on experience) • Understanding and certified of common industry frameworks like Agile/SCRUM ITIL (SNOW). Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE) will be an asset. • Strong skills in communication, writing, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally especially in dealing with all types of external and internal stakeholders • Able to lead, manage and coordinate vendor for technical aspects to achieve goal • Proactive and able to drive end to end process and solution leadership independently • Willing and Eager to learn inside and outside of the current domain and technology What we offer Our success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
