Summary:

As our Legal Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our adherence to legal requirements and regulations. As our key team member, you will oversee day-to-day compliance activities, liaise with Indonesian regulatory authorities, and improve the efficiency of our operational processes. Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all Legal Compliance policies and programs

• Managing day-to-day Legal Compliance activities and tasks

• Liaising with Indonesian regulatory authorities

• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes

• Analyze the business requirements and needs of our customers/partners and proactively find viable yet compliant solutions

• Research methods to improve operations and reduce costs

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Navigate and draft bilingual contracts with precision and proficiency

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Law

• Accumulated 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR, Compliance, or related field

• Showcase a profound knowledge of Indonesian labor & commercial law

• Exhibit expertise in Compliance principles and policies

• Hands-on experience in implementing robust HR and Compliance processes

• Display excellent organizational and project management skills and abilities

• Proficient in both written and spoken English, with a command of legal terminology and nuances.
