Industry Professional Lecturer for Digital Marketing Courses

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced industry professionals to join our team as Lecturers for our Digital Marketing Courses at Beginner level. As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for leading and teaching 5 day courses focused on various digital marketing channels, including TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Google SEO, and Bing SEO. You will play a crucial role in imparting practical knowledge and real-world insights to help our students gain a strong foundation in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and teaching beginner-level courses and ongoing improving the existing curriculums with the education board.

- Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on activities to small groups of learners in person (not online).

- Provide real-world examples and case studies to illustrate concepts and strategies.

- Foster an inclusive and conducive learning environment that encourages questions, discussions, and active participation.

- Offer personalized guidance and feedback to students to help them grasp key concepts and apply them effectively.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and changes to ensure course content remains current and relevant.

Qualifications:

- Preferable is already located in bali

- Proven expertise and substantial experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Google SEO, and Bing SEO.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a beginner audience.

- Previous teaching, training, or public speaking experience is preferred but not required.

- Passion for sharing knowledge and helping others succeed in the digital marketing field.

- Flexibility to adapt to various teaching formats, including in-person and online delivery.

- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (advanced degrees and certifications are a plus).

- We prefer Indonesian applicants with excellent/very good English Skills.
