As a Shopkeeper, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and upholding the stores overall appearance. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion and a strong commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking, arranging merchandise, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively.
• Manage inventory by conducting regular stock checks (stock opname) and placing orders as needed.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments.
• Ensure the store complies with all safety and security regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide input on merchandise selection.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Assist in the creation of visual merchandising displays to attract customers and promote products.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree in business or a related field is a plus).
• Can speak English
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fashion retail.
• Proficient in using Ms Office especially Excel
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and performing sales transactions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to keep the store organized.
• Knowledge of inventory management and the ability to use inventory software.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
• Flexibility in working weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of safety and security regulations.
