Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations for three companies within the Vadhana Group.• Review and verify vendor invoices and supporting documents before payment processing.• Prepare vendor payment schedules and budgeting plans.• Prepare Transfer Application Forms, Bank Payment Requests, and Cash & Bank Vouchers.• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare Cash & Bank Flow Reports.• Prepare monthly Accounts Payable reports for management.• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures, internal controls, and payment policies.
